Products under the umbrella
Three brands, one operator.
Each brand has its own product, pricing page, terms, and privacy policy. NQM Studio Ltd is the legal entity that owns and operates all of them.
TrackRev
A link-attribution and affiliate platform for SaaS and e-commerce. Brands create tracked links, monitor visitors and conversions, and pay affiliates a commission on verified revenue.
Contant
The operating system for LinkedIn creators — a single workspace for ideation, drafting, scheduling, and analytics. Subscription-based, web-delivered, and billed monthly or annually.
Linstagrow
Our Instagram growth agency. Helps brands and creators build organic audiences through content strategy, production, and creator partnerships. Delivered on retainer or fixed-fee.
Business model
How NQM Studio makes money.
We earn revenue from recurring SaaS subscriptions on our products and from agency engagements. All transactions are processed by regulated payment providers; we do not hold customer funds.

Monthly and annual recurring plans for TrackRev and Contant. Tiered by usage and seats. Cancel anytime, prorated where applicable.
Usage / overage
Selected plans include metered components (e.g. tracked clicks, processed events) billed against the customer's subscription.
Agency services
Linstagrow engagements scoped via written proposal; billed monthly retainer or fixed milestones.
Currency
Primary billing in USD and GBP. Local currency support per product.

B2B: SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, agencies, and individual creators. No consumer financial products; no regulated activities.
Fulfilment, refunds, disputes
Delivery
SaaS access is provisioned instantly on payment. Agency deliverables follow the timeline in the signed proposal.
Refunds
Each product publishes its own refund policy on its website. Default position: prorated refunds for service failures; no refund for partial billing periods used.
Cancellation
Self-serve cancellation in-app. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Disputes
Handled via the originating payment provider's dispute flow. We respond with order, IP, and access-log evidence within the provider's deadline.
Restricted categories
We do not sell or facilitate, and we prohibit our merchants and affiliates from operating in: adult content; gambling, lotteries, or sweepstakes; unregistered investment, money-service, or crypto businesses; controlled substances or prescription pharmaceuticals; firearms, ammunition, or other weapons; counterfeit goods; pyramid or multi-level marketing schemes; hateful or discriminatory content; or any category listed in Stripe’s Restricted Business List and the equivalent acceptable-use policies of Paddle and Lemon Squeezy.

How TrackRev uses Stripe Connect.
TrackRev is a platform for paying affiliates. Connect lets each merchant own the relationship with their own affiliates while we provide the software that calculates and disburses commissions.

Connected accounts
Affiliates and partners of TrackRev merchants. They onboard via Stripe Express to receive commission payouts in their own currency and jurisdiction.
Service to connected accounts
Tracked-link infrastructure, conversion attribution, dashboards showing earned commissions, and automated payouts of those commissions.
Onboarding & KYC
Stripe-hosted onboarding (Express accounts). Identity, bank, and tax verification handled by Stripe under its own KYC and risk standards. NQM Studio does not verify connected accounts independently and does not assume liability for the underlying business activity of any connected account.
Platform fees
Our revenue is the merchant’s SaaS subscription to TrackRev. We do not deduct an application fee from affiliate commission payouts. The merchant pays Stripe’s standard processing fees on the source charge.
Agreements
NQM Studio Ltd has accepted and is bound by the Stripe Connect Platform Agreement and Stripe Services Agreement. Connected accounts accept Stripe’s Express Account Agreement during onboarding.
Cross-border & tax
Payouts may cross jurisdictions; Stripe handles FX, applicable withholding, and information reporting (e.g. 1099-K in the US, equivalents elsewhere) for connected accounts where legally required.
Risk & chargebacks
Disputes on a merchant’s source charge are the merchant’s responsibility. We provide tooling and evidence (link clicks, attribution logs) to support their response.

NQM Studio Ltd does not take custody of merchant or affiliate funds. Payouts move between Stripe-held balances under regulated arrangements; we provide the software that determines who is owed what.

Founder & Managing Director.
Muzahidul Islam Maruf
Muzahidul (Maruf) is the founder and sole director of NQM Studio Ltd. He leads product, engineering, and operations across all of the studio's brands — designing the SaaS products end-to-end and overseeing the growth-agency engagements.
Before incorporating NQM Studio, Maruf built the early versions of TrackRev and Linstagrow independently. The studio was incorporated in the United Kingdom to give those products a stable legal home, formal compliance posture, and the corporate footing required by enterprise customers and payment partners.
